Why we exist
Hiring an exterior contractor in Delaware is a strange experience. You get a number, and you have no idea if it’s a good number. One company quotes $11,000 and another quotes $24,000 for what sounds like the same roof, and neither will explain the gap. Meanwhile the storm-chasers show up in the neighborhood after every big blow, knocking on doors with a clipboard.
The industry’s answer is “get five quotes” — which in practice means five site visits, five sales pitches, and a phone that rings for a week. Most people don’t want to run a bidding war. They want one contractor they don’t have to babysit, and the freedom to check the number independently if it feels off. Why only Northern Delaware
Because a contractor network is only worth anything if it’s local. We cover 13 towns across New Castle County — Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, Bear, Hockessin, Claymont, and the rest.
