We take your project details and connect you with independent contractors who hold their own Delaware license and insurance, and who actually work in your town. They do the work; you hire them directly.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. Homeowners never pay us. We’re paid a referral fee by contractors in our network when we send them a qualified project. That’s the whole business model, and you should know it before you fill out a form.
Will five companies blow up my phone?
No — and this is the whole point of using us. We match your project with one vetted local specialist, not a bidding war. You deal with a single pro, not a week of cold calls. If that match isn’t right, tell us and we’ll send one more — one at a time, never a pile-on. And if you want competing bids, we think that’s smart: get them from anyone you like, including ours. How do you vet the contractors?
Our rule is simple: a contractor does not receive your name, number or address until they have shown us an active Delaware business license and a current certificate of liability insurance, and confirmed they actually work in your town. If a homeowner tells us a contractor behaved badly, that contractor stops receiving leads. What we cannot do is guarantee anyone’s workmanship — a license proves they are permitted to do the work, not that they will do it well.
